Modifications #

The following modifications have already been applied to nos. 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 14, 25, 30, 33, 37, 40, 41, 46, 47 (commit 19c98d5d) but are still ToDo for the remaining 34 scores:

Some of the scores have deprecated MIDI channel information which is also set to “Mute”. It is enough to open the Staff Properties and set the instrument to “Organ” to normalize them.
A few scores have multiple staves although only two are being used (see metadata.tsv).
As it seems, all scores include hidden metronome marks which should be removed. The first mark, on the other hand, should remain, but need to be hidden; beat unit and tempo need to be halved.

Adrian Nagel has created an alternative version of the annotations for 12.16_Toccata_cromaticha_per_l’elevatione which considers the key to be E (phrygian). This was achieved in an additional copy of the score which is present in the Git history as 12.16_Toccata_cromaticha_per_l’elevatione_phrygian up until commit 0f4bdb9a. The annotation file is still present as harmonies/12.16_Toccata_cromaticha_per_l’elevatione_phrygian_phrygian.harmonies.tsv. However, the columns related to chord tones have been manually removed because the ms3 parser currently supports creating them only for major and minor keys (that is, everything related to scale degree 2 would be incorrect).
